R&A Bread Bakers

In 2020, during the early days of the pandemic, we started baking to occupy ourselves at home. A friend gifted us a sourdough starter and we were amazed when the first sourdough bread we baked was a success. With downtime came curiosity about making our own starter. From that moment on, we were baking anything and everything with sourdough . . . quickly realizing that the bagels we made were pretty special.
