Our Japanese restaurant in Raleigh was opened by Peck C. and Ke W. in January of 2020. Family-run, it reflects our shared passion for thoughtful cooking and genuine hospitality.  We prepare our broth daily, braise our chashu in house, and take pride in every bowl that leaves the kitchen.
