Our main objective is to share our family heritage and our love for sustainably baking with Melburnians. Our cakes are crafted with the utmost care, using only the finest ingredients through working with local suppliers and local Asian grocers, coffee beans roasted in Melbourne, organic hojicha powder from Japan, silky fragrant ube from the Philippines and aromatic pandan from Singapore.
